Cancellation Policy

At Pommier Med Spa, we value your time and commitment to prioritizing your beauty and wellness needs. As a result, we have implemented a Cancellation policy that helps us manage our appointments efficiently and ensures that our clients receive the highest quality service.

1. Deposit Requirement:
To secure your appointment, a deposit will be required at the time of booking. The deposit amount may vary depending on the type and duration of the service(s) scheduled. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service.

2. Rescheduling:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating a change in your appointment. At Pommier Med Spa, we allow rescheduling appointments without penalty. However, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to make any changes.

3. Cancellation and Forfeiting Deposits:
If you choose to cancel your appointment, please be aware that your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance do not allow us sufficient time to reallocate the time slot to another client, resulting in lost opportunities for our staff and inconvenience for others seeking our services.

4. No-shows:
In the event of a no-show, where a client fails to cancel or reschedule their appointment without any prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

5. Deposit Refunds:
Deposits made for appointments are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for Cancellation . However, in special circumstances such as medical emergencies or severe illness, management may consider making exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

By booking an appointment at Pommier Med Spa and providing the required deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by our Cancellation policy stated above.
