  • Avoid exercise that can raise your blood pressure and pulse since it can lead to swelling and bruising for 48 hours after the treatment.
  • Avoid sun exposure and make a habit of wearing a medical-grade sun spectrum.
  • Don’t apply makeup for 12-48 hours after the treatment.
  • If excess swelling and bruising occur after the treatment, apply cold compresses and ice to the treated area and take Arnica Montana Pills.
  • Don’t massage the treated area for at least 2 weeks unless your provider asks you to.
